Hello, I am Alejo! I´m an Spanish teacher and founder of Senior Lingua.
I have 15 years experience working with individual lessons, Cervantes Institute, schools and universities.

I was born in 1978 in Barcelona, but I grew up in A Coruña and graduated in business administration and economics. In 2009 I started working in Russia as a Spanish teacher after doing several courses for teachers, I did a training course for teachers of the Cervantes Institute and I am a DELE examiner of levels A, B and C and I have participated in numerous DELE exams as an examiner.
Regarding my experience, I worked at: BKC-IH, Latinskii Kvartal, Vamos, tu español, RUDN university and since 2011 I work as an associate teacher at the Instituto Cervantes in Moscow in addition to giving private lessons.
I mainly teach adults, except during 2021-2022 I taught at the international school CIS in the Moscow region.
I use effective communication techniques, thanks to which students begin to speak the language without fear, with correct and accurate pronunciation. In addition to tutorials, I use video and audio materials that also help a lot in language learning.
I speak English, French, Russian and Galician. So I have experience as a language learner and I know what students need and how to make a class entertaining and use motivating content.
In 2024 we launched Senior Lingua with the aim to help language students and seniors and now we are in this journey, learning and evolving

My methods
- First lesson is for acquaintance and conversation. We'll perform a task and I will define your knowledge. This first lesson is free.
- Individual program for any student! It depends on student's level, preparing time and a goal.
- I try to make all lessons motivating. I want every student enjoy his Spanish lessons.
- Adapted timetables, class times are adapted as far as possible.
